I don’t know if it’s been mentioned anywhere but if you have a family talk plan, only the primary number is eligible for the $199 and $299 prices.The second line gets the higher priced upgrade options $399 for 16GB and $499 for the 32GB.This is because the second line doesn’t pay enough a month to be eligible for what guidlines AT&T is using right now to make customers eligible for the new iPhone.

Really not a great move for AT&T customer service. They are going to lose a lot of customers or at least make a bunch of customers really mad because of this.
